The Newhouse Student Opportunity Fund directly supports experiential learning opportunities for Newhouse students, allowing them to hone the skills they learn in the classroom, meet alumni and build their career networks. Exciting opportunities include spending a semester in Los Angeles, New York City, or Washington D.C., or seeing the world by studying abroad. Benchmark and immersion trips, as well as travel for conferences, have also allowed Newhouse students to learn more about their chosen fields, forge industry contracts and explore the country and globe.
