First Year Players

At Syracuse, there are over 300 registered student organizations open to all undergraduate Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF students, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or other demographic. Each was invited to participate in this 24-hour challenge. With 38 groups taking the opportunity, there is a wide array of projects to support!

First Year Players is a student-run theater organization with over 100 members. Each spring, first-year and transfer students have the opportunity to join the cast, crew or pit of our annual spring musical, creating a unique experience and sense of community.

How Your Support Helps

Ensure first-years and transfers have an unforgettable theater experience! We are raising funds to support our high-quality productions. Your gift will cover playbill printing, costumes, set pieces, props and all essential materials needed to bring our spring musical to life.
