Established in 1990, the College of Law’s technology commercialization and applied learning programs that form the unique curriculum of the Innovation Law Center were the first of their kind to examine the legal principles necessary to usher science and technology from its earliest stages to its introduction to market. The ILC is a leader in providing informed IP, market and regulatory research to startups, offering students a unique experiential learning program working on real-world projects alongside faculty with decades of experience in the field.
