Student Organization Challenge

PLEASE NOTE: The Student Organization Challenge is only 24 hours long, during March 27. Gifts made after 3/27 will still support student organizations but won't count towards the challenge dollars or an organizations position on the leaderboard.

The #CuseGivingDay Student Organization Challenge is your chance to support student groups and help turn their dreams into reality!

At Syracuse, there are over 300 registered student organizations open to all undergraduate Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF students, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or other demographic. Each was invited to participate in this 24-hour challenge. With 38 groups taking the opportunity, there is a wide array of projects to support!

Any gift to your favorite group will could help them unlock up to $3,000 in additional funding from the Student Experience Team. Every gift, no matter the size, is a step towards their success.

Don’t see your favorite group or a project that inspires you? Consider giving to the Student Experience Fund! This fund helps all students enjoy the full Syracuse University experience, regardless of their financial situation, by providing small grants for program fees and expenses.

Challenge Opportunities:

🏆 $1,000 to the group with the highest number of unique donors by the end of Giving Day. 🔓 Unlocked by Orange Seeds 🔓

🏆 $600 to the group with the 2nd highest number of unique donors. 🔓 Unlocked by Mythos Magazine 🔓

🏆 ON CAMPUS EXCLUSIVE: $400 to the group that receives the most votes from their peers during Schine Student Center tabling from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. 🔓 Unlocked by Orange Pulse 🔓

🏆 $250 to the group in 3^rd place in highest number of donors. 🔓 Unlocked by Orange Pulse Dance Troupe 🔓

🏆 $250 to the first group to reach 75 donors. 🔓 Unlocked by Orange Seeds 🔓

🏆 $150 to the second group to reach 75 donors. 🔓 Unlocked by Mythos Magazine 🔓

🏆 ON CAMPUS EXCLUSIVE: $250 to the group that displays the most spirit and creativity during their Schine Student Center tabling (voted on by the Syracuse Spirit Squad). 🔓 Unlocked by Fragrance Club and Orange Appeal 🔓

🏆 $100 to the first organization to inspire an alumni gift on Syracuse Giving Day (gift MUST be time-stamped 3/27!) 🔓 Unlocked by Orange Pulse Dance Troupe 🔓
